AutoCAD Level two (2) is a six-month pre-requisite training course. The course is a more detailed course than the previous AutoCAD level one and it is designed for trainees in the Electrical Installation level two class. The purpose of this course is to enhance previous knowledge on using the Auto-CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software. Trainees will spend semester one exploring the AutoCAD features, user interface, and operating the AutoCAD software. In semester two trainees will focus on Drafting Building Layout and Details Using CAD and Drafting Electrical Layout for PUC Approvals. Together, these skills will enable the trainees to produce a set of drawings in AutoCAD that is required by the PUC (Public Utility Commission)..
