My name is Ema Juchim and I am a Tourism Front Office Level One Instructress for the Cayo Centre for Employment Training. I have been equipped with 3 years of administrative experience in tourism in addition to 2 years of teaching experience. During those years, I served various roles such as manager of a social enterprise, teacher, receptionist, administrator, bursar, and event coordinator. From serving a multitasking role, teaching, coordinating logistical, and administrative support functions to building solid relationships and balancing multiple priorities, my background has prepared me to excel in this role. I aim to instill knowledge, skills and attributes that allow trainees to excel, adapt, and be productive in the dynamic Tourism Industry.
