Food Preparation Instructor

I am the Commercial Food Preparation Level 2 Instructress, born and bred in San Ignacio Town, Cayo District. I got into food, pastry and decorating at age 13 with about ten years experience in Pastry and Cake Decorating. This trade allows me to practice and explore my three great loves, Food, Art and Construction. It is my belief that we should always be in a constant state to learning no matter what age you are. My students have taught me much in my three years of teaching and I am willing to teach them as much knowledge as they are willing to absorb. I’ve also actively participated in the TASTE OF BELIZE competition held by the BTB and I’ve won second place in the cake decorating competition all three times, still fighting for first place!:))
