After graduating from the University of Belize with an Associates’ Degree in Business Administration in 2001, I joined the workforce in various capacities at one of Belize’s leading institutions – the Social Security Board. After 11 years of quasi-governmental experience I then started teaching at the Cayo Centre for Employment Training in 2012. My roles have included teaching information technology Levels 1 and 2 and its application to the various trade programs and assisting with the financial running of the institution; all of which I thoroughly enjoy to this very day.
